★ How to use this page to find value
- Look at the spread % — anything 5%+ means a single bookie is significantly out of line with the rest. The bigger the spread, the bigger the value if you back at the top end.
- Always take an early price rather than starting price. Every UK partner offers Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) — if SP is bigger you get paid at SP, if it's shorter you keep the bigger early price.
- For big-field handicaps watch for Extra Places (5-6 places instead of 4) — they make long-priced each-way bets significantly more profitable at festival meetings.
- Spread alone isn't value — a 50/1 shot at 60/1 is a smaller value pickup than an evens shot at 11/10. Calculate the implied % gain on the longer price.
