Slow to break - fought for the bridle early - within range of the front group - moved through 2f out - unable to find more inside final furlong - finished 4th
Hesitant start - settled at back of field - driven into contention with a late surge - moved up into second close home but no closer
Squeezed for room at the break - tracked the pace before moving up to second a furlong out - held that spot until inside the last then found little more and dropped to 4th
Fought for control early - stayed handy into the pack before dropping back with a furlong left - faded from there to finish well beaten
