Sprang awkwardly at the exit - settled in the pack - short of space with two furlongs left - pushed along and lost touch - found some late running from a furlong out - finished without threatening the front runners
Set the pace briefly before yielding front spot - sat close up through the middle stages - urged forward 3f out - dropped away inside final 2f and faded out of contention
Towards the back - gradual progress from 3f out - driven 2f out - moved into third 1f out - grabbed second inside the final furlong but couldn't match the winner's stride late on
