★ Recent form analyst notes

Pos 2 18 Apr Ayr

Settled off the pace in the pack - close up when stumbling at the 21st then hesitant three out from there - improved into contention 4 out - challenged the front-runner 3 out and soon pushed along - a length down 2 out - dropped back into third last - fought back to grab second close home
Pos 3 14 Mar Uttoxeter

Went straight to front - overtaken 3rd but stayed close up - shared advantage before 4 out - asked for effort and slipped back before 2 out - stayed on same gait to finish third
Pos 5 14 Feb Haydock

Held up in the pack - fell back to last 12th - off the bridle and in difficulty 18th - gradual progress from 3 out - fifth after the last and no threat to those ahead
Pos PU 27 Dec Chepstow

Struggled for fluency from early stages - held up at the back of the field throughout - eased and pulled up 15th
